Inhalt des Trainings

In this ITIL 4 Foundation training course, you will learn how to utilise best practices in service management and implement the latest IT concepts. Important questions are answered, such as:
  • How do we create added value for customers and IT?
  • What role does IT play in the corporate strategy?
  • How do we support the digital transformation?
  • How do we combine service management with methods such as Lean, Agile and DevOps?
The training includes the ITIL 4 Foundation certification and forms the basis for further training.

Vorkenntnisse

For our ITIL 4 Foundation training it is useful but not needed to have an understanding of IT and/or IT service management.
